how to put hotel info in invites?

Hey Girls!

How do I post - with what wording- my hotel inof on my invites. I already allocated a spot for it on the invites but dont know what to say...

Help please...

I printed two sided on Avery business cards:

~~~Wedding Information~~~

A block of rooms are being held
Friday, April 30th and Saturday, May 1st.
~~$$$ Double or King Room~~

Reservations must be made by
March 31st, 2004
to guarantee rate/availability.

Other side was hotel phone, etc.

I inserted the cards in our STD's, Xmas cards and the invites!!! Overkill maybe but as far as I know only my mother has made reservations (she made them for a few people in the family)!!! The invites go out tomorrow.

Here's what I did. I did them in PowerPoint. I did one on one side and one on the reverse. I did 4 to 1 sheet of paper and then used a paper cutter to cut them up. They were easy and cheap.

I just picked up directional cards from the hotel itself. There is a spot to write the room code, for the blocked rooms and a cutoff date.

I like wc0143's idea. That lets them know more information. But unfortunately it is too late for me to do that. Most of the invites are already stuffed.

If they can't figure it out, then they will just book at a different hotel, (probably for a cheaper price.) or maybe stay with family members.
