How to put this nicely..

I have a BP issue.. I'm hoping she won't be offended but there really is other people who know me better on a day to day basis and will do it the right way and she doesn't honestly have the time for it.. do you think this is okay to confront her about?

Maybe have your MOH give her a 'small' assignment so she doesn't feel excluded completely? Something you trust her to do? Otherwise I don't think she'd be offended, unless you asked her specifically to do something that you don't want her to do. If she hasn't gotten to it yet, I would just say 'I know your schedule has been pretty tight lately so as much as I appreciate your willingness to help I think I can manage doing (such and such) on my own'

Oooooh I see. Is she OOT? Hmm....

That's a toughie. Has she done any planning for the shower yet? If she has, then it's sort of a sticky spot. If she really hasn't started doing any of the coordinating, then maybe you could have your mother or FMIL give her a call? If she truly is super busy, she might be happy to be relieved of the responsibilities but doesn't feel comfortable telling you.

ITA! But then I saw how she wants to be a MOH.... Do you have one yet? I would just explain to her that you already have one and its hard to plan things when shes OOT... In a nice way.
