How to send a Canada or international invite?

I know I need to obtain canadian stamps for my RSVP envelopes to send from Canada to USA

However my question is - for each invite
I send to Canada do I need to complete a customs form? Has anyone mailed one before?
I would hate to have the nice envelope and then look yucky due to the form.

You don't need a customs form just the correct stamp. The post office will tell u which one exactly but no customs form needed. I was mailing to Toronto.

I mailed some save the dates to Canada also, and wrote it out like this:
Mr. & Mrs Smith
1234 38 street NW
Edmonton, AB T6L 6H9

Thats how my relatives sent me their addresses, so I wrote it out exactly, and it made it over to them without any problems.

Woman at the Post Office said instead of putting our stamp on the RSVP envelope, have the Out of Country guests reply by e-mail.

There is no way you can know the amount postage you will need for the other countries to have your RSVP make it back to you.

Makes sense. Good Luck.
