My grandfather used to put newspaper soaked in alcohol inside his shoes for a couple of hrs to stretch them. That may work...
The right way to do it if you had the time would be to bring them to a shoe repair store and have them put the boots on a form with a special chemical.
I just did a search on google, and some people are talking about a leather spray that actually does stretch boots. I would look for that. They said you have to rub it on or spray it on and then wear a thick sock to stretch out the boot, and walk around with it until it dries. Everyone said it works...so maybe look into that.
I had heard something on the rachael ray show once that if you put rubbing alcohol on the shoe and then stuff it with newspaper or even your foot (wear it around the house obviously lol) it can help stretch it out...Maybe give a look on tht website and see if you can find it
