Be honest. When I ended a friendship many, many years ago I made it very clear WHY I was so upset and also made it clear that I was not making a quick decision but that I had thought it all through for a while. Tell them what they did to upset you and why you don't want them in your life anymore. Maybe they will learn from this and modify their behavior in the future.

I would tell them the reason why you do not want to be friends anymore for two reasons
1) I agree w/ michele so they can modify their behavior
and 2) so that they can explain in case something was told to you that didnt present their side at all

The source that told me the information is at the highest level someone can be to me other then RONALDO..

Their actions have no excuse ..

Don't let what this person did TO YOU change what type of person YOU ARE!!!!

You just flat out tell them T! After what they did...they really don't deserve much more than that!
