How to write names on the placecards

How to write names on the placecards

I'm typing out a list for someone to write the names on the placecards.

I have a quick question though:

If you have two people's names (a couple dating) do you put it on one line or two?

Mr. Joe Smith and Ms. Jane Doe

or

Mr. Joe Smith
Ms. Jane Doe

i would do it on one line

I did individual table cards for everyone and did not include their title. So if it was a couple:

Mary Smith
John Smith

I did similar w/out titles ...

Mary Smith & John Doe

or

Susan & David Johnson
