i got a really good deal for some place card holders that are bells from a 08er i will be standing the cards in thoes at each place setting.... we are doing votive place cards si i thought they would be a nice little extra
and the guests can ring the little bells rather that banging on the glasses( i don't know what it is ut the clanging of silver wear on glasses irritates the heck out of me)

We are planning to put a scroll at each place setting explaining the donation- We are making our donation to St. Jude's children's hospital and they provide the scroll all I have to do is decorate them. I plan to tie each one with ribbon.

I'm going to get the placecards that you get with the donations, and see if I can tape a Lindt truffle to each without them tipping over or being too obtrusive. If it doesn't work, I'm just going to print cards from Vista Print and have the RH lay it at each setting.
