How will you move today

We haven't been keeping up with this lately.. How will you ladies move today? I am going to start doing the insanity workout video today

I just finished p90/ hardly saw any results..How is it working for you?

FH says i look more toned - but he could lying to me to make me feel better. I def feel stronger. I think it's still too early for me to judge it though

I'm working on the Wii active 30 day challenge. I took too many days off this weekend, but in general I like it. I'd love to hear more about p90x results. Good luck everyone!

About to go have Jillian kick my butt for a week straight before I head to LA. Hoping to wear my red carpet dress without having to wear the spanx to hold everything in. lol! Starting on level 2 this week and throwing in some running and possibly level 3. (30 day Shred) Gotta look good!!!

i woke up early to take my mom to work. then hit the treadmill instead of going back to sleep. after work i might go to the gym for a little bit. i havent been there in literally likea year lol
