I have a friend that lives in Orlando that didn't make it to the wedding. When I got engaged, she was so happy. She said that she bought her dress then. I spoke to her throughout the summer and she was excited about the wedding. THe week of the wedding or even the week before I spoke to her. She said she was coming to NY the Friday before the wedding. She told me that her grandmother was sick. The day of the wedding, she wasn't there. I've left numerous e-mails and messages on her voice mail of her cell phone. Her home phone has been disconnected. I just want to know that she's okay. At this point I don't care that she didn't come, I just want to make sure she and her kids are okay.
SOmetimes I feel if I care about my friends too much I get hurt. I just hope she c ontacts me

I would definately be VERY worried!! DH had a friend that didnt show up and actually FINALLY called him TODAY to say he was called out of town on an emergency business trip.. blah blah.. bottom line with him.. he should have called.. its just common courtesy. I dont know what to make of your friends situation though. I hope she is ok and nothing serious happened.. but the whole phone being disconnected would most certainly worry me! Keep us posted!

I know there are those websites where you can search for people...If you go to a white pages site I am sure some of those site will pop up
