This happened to me you know what else happened to me when I went to the bank to put the money into an account I had a fake 100 dollar Bill and they took it

my uncle's check bounced. I told my dad, he told my uncle, and my uncle came to my house with a money order for the original money he had given us as a gift and also the $35 charge we got on our account for the bounced check.

hm, thats' tough... i think i would say something innocently. Like 'I feel really bad about this, but I tried to cash your check and it bounced. Just wanted to make sure you knew in case you saw any random charges on your bank account...'

Be polite, call her and tell her (don't email or text)... Sometimes people don't realize.. could be a glitch... ETC..
Banks don't always notify right away either.

Actually I bounced a check to my best friend for her wedding wayyyy back in the day when I was not on top of my finances. It was a simple error - she got over it but I was sooooo embarassed!

I had someone hack into my checking account and it was closed out.....unfortunately I picked up the wrong book of checks when I was making the check out for my best friends wedding, and it bounced. I'm glad she told me!! I was mortified, but I explained that I used a check from an account that I closed out. She laughed and blamed it on me being blonde.

If she had said something it wouldn't bother me so much... that could just be a legit mistake! I did that to my cuz - I wrote the check to her for her wedding using checks in an account I had closed... DUMBY!
