I would think nothing of it. People leave for different reasons, so I guess you think something bad I wouldn't worry too much

I would be fine with it.
Every place has job openings at one time or another.

I wouldn't care. But, if they were looking for banquet managers and maitre d's, I'd be concerned.

Well, not for nothing, but we are going into the wedding 'season'. I'm sure there's more weddings coming up than there's been all winter, and extra help is always, well, help.

Not as bad as reading in the newspaper that your reception site has just completed renovations you were not told about ...

Uhhh? I would feel completely fine with it. It is a normal part of running a business. Do you think they never need to hire anyone? It doesn't mean that they will be short staffed for your affair.

That they are getting ready for the 'prime' wedding season. I worked at the PJCC when I was in college one summer. From May through August every slot in the weekend was booked. It slows down in the fall. (Although, I think that a lot more people are getting married at all different times of the year).

I wouldn't think anything of it other that they need extra help. That's probably a good sign that they are growing and in business. I found odd that you won't share where you are having your wedding? Did something happen to you that maybe we should know to be warned? Are you afraid all of us are gonna go and crash at your wedding?
We just might....after all, we share enough anecdotes and give advices to each other here!

I would be worried...that my day would not have full 100% good service at the hall.

I don't think it's a big deal... they probably need extra people for wedding season, and the whole food service industry tends to be high-turnover...

because of the industry (restaurant/hospitality) i would think NOTHING of it. people come and go constantly in jobs like that.

I know for a fact that there is one hall in particular that is always hiring. The reason is that they are very very difficult to work for. In general having ads constantly only reflect upon the employer, not the actual hall itself. The positive part is that the hall could be expanding because of them gaining business. Either way, it should not be an issue when you have your wedding.

I drive past a place almost every day that has a sign up. I would hope they'd take it down for my wedding though.
