Not at all. FH and I are not sure if we are are going to have kids in the wedding but if we do my godson and niece will both be 3 also when we get married.

I think it depends on the kid, some may love it and some may get scared and not want to walk. If you think your nephew will be fine I def. say go for it.

He should be able to handle it. Will he be walking down the aisle with a flowergirl? She could guide him.

I am not sure if I will have a flowergirl. I know some people have put the little ones in a wagon so that they didn't have to worry about them walking. I guess I will wait until the wedding gets closer to decide.

My RB was 3 and my FG was 4! They were ADORABLE!!! She danced the night away and followed us around all night - so adorable!! He passed out on two chairs shortly after the reception began. They were GREAT!!

we were planning have FH niece who will be 3 and maybe nephew, who will be 1 1/2. But i just decided no. The kids have strict routines and overall, I'm just over the idea if kids being involved. JMO

My FH's nephew.. aka my soon to be nephew (lol) will be our ring bearer.. He will also be 3 at the time of the wedding.

I'm starting to feel the same way. We already said no kids are invited to the wedding except the 3 in bridal party. FH has a daughter from previous relationship who was going to be 1 flower girl but her mother is a nightmare! Then my niece was going to be the other flower girl and Godson the RB. But now I'm thinking maybe it would just be better for no kids PERIOD. We will save some $$ because we wont have to buy their clothes. 2nd, we won't have to deal with any drama from his daughters mother from hell. 3rd the parents of the kids won't have to worry about them and can just enjoy themselves. Especially my FH. So this is something I'm leaning more and more towards every time I think about it.

'12 crashing here. Our FG will be 3.5. I don't think it's too young. Just bring some candle to bride them down the aisle
