HP Photosmart C5280 help!!!

I have an HP Photosmart 3310 and I can't seem to print envelopes.

I have spent have of my Fourth of July trying to print our envelopes on our new HP C5280 and I cant!!! I am ready to scream. I don' think it can print envelopes.\

I have a C3000 series HP all in one. I used word to print envelopes, but not with the 'envelope wizzard'.

What I did was measured my envelope, and in word's page setup set the size of the paper, lowered the margins to (.2) and set it to landscape. I inserted two text boxes, one for the return and the other for the to address.

I cut a few pieces of regular paper down to that size and used them to test out the spacing/text size.

It printed them without problem, I loaded 10 at a time. Sometimes the flap would catch in the feed mechanism but I didn't noticably ruin anything.

Thank you so much!!!! So did you have to do any sort of page setup with the printer?? Mine keep s saying that the paper is 'mismatched'.....??

You may need to change the size of the paper in the print option screen to match the size you listed in the page setup in word. If that doesn't work, try increasing your paper size by .25 in each direction - in your page set up in word. I also had that happen to me once when I tried to print, once I increased the size a bit it didn't have a problem.
