HR People... huh?
What are ADP Profile and ADP ReportSmith? How easy are they to learn? Where can I find the programs or tutorials?

We used to use ReportSmith before upgrading to Oracle.
I found it to be pretty simple to use. We used it with a system call HRizon.
I'm guessing that the Profile is the system that the data resides in?? But that's just a guess.
