I'm up in Alaska now living on base with FH until I have to go home for my last semester of my bachelor's.
Last night at about 6pm a cargo plane with 4 military members on board crashed here on base. All members died . They were out practicing maneuvers for the airshow here this weekend.
I know I was happy my airman works on a fighter jet and was home safe with me last night. Just a reminder out there to hug your loved ones everyday because you never know what could happen.
It is an incredibly sad day here on base.

well said....and def needed to be posted on here where everybody gets so caught up in all the wedding planning and details, including myself!
at the end of the day I look at FH and i come back down to the ground!

Sad to hear! I'm from Anchorage and my parents told me about the crash. I hate when things like this happen, they weren't even in the war or anything. Makes me sick!!!
