I just wanted to share the great news with everyone! I just started my own business as an Event/Wedding Planner and Day of Coordinator in July 2006.

I have been working with Ron and Kim, and just launched as an official vendor on NYCityWeddings. You will see less of me as ChrissynRicky and see more of me as Exquisite Affairs Productions Inc.

I just wanted to thank a few ladies who encouraged, guided, and supported me throughout the entire process. So, to Hollie, Jessica, Qiana, Janie, Anita, Sylvia, Marlo, Tara, and Tricia - THANK YOU. You ladies gave me the boost and encouragement I needed, and I am forever grateful for our friendships.

To Ron and Kim, thank you so much for tolerating my endless questions and all the bumps along the road. Thank you to the entire staff (especially Svetlana's amazing eye) for such an amazing opportunity, I look forward to working with you.

To the brides who've already booked my services (Sylvia, Kim, Vita, Angela, & Nicole) through word of mouth - THANK YOU for entrusting me with such a momentous occasion and believing in me!

Let the planning begin!!!!!

Thanks to all my '06, '07, and '08 brides who have made it even more possible for me! I never imagined the great success this site would bring me, and because of you amazing ladies - I have finally realized my heart belongs here!

I felt the same way at first. I was like 'well, I'm so organized, etc' but there are certain things that once the big day comes-- are out of your hands. I want to be able to sit back and truly enjoy every moment of my day b/c I know that I don't have to ask my BM's to make sure this is done or take care of that, i don't need to ask my mom and dad to make sure my photog gets all my must take shots-- so i can just take the entire day IN and relax b/c everything that you could think of is being taken care of. and what most DOC's charge (especially christine) it's so reasonable for the amount of service you are getting-- and in the end, so worth it. that way, you don't feel like your day was one big blur-- instead, you feel like you were present for it and enjoyed it and weren't stressing the entire time and burdening your friends and family with tasks... so that's what did it for me. HTH!!! good luck!!!
