So FH and I got those All-You-Can-Jet passes with JetBlue and since we work together and September is kind of slow at work, we're going to try and go somewhere every weekend in Sept. WooHoo!
We booked a weekend to New Orleans for Sept. 12-14 (we might extend to the 15th actually) which I was SO happy about! Now, FH just told me he got us reservations for Emeril's Restaurant for the 12th!!! YAYAYAYAYAY! <3 FH!! He's soooo good!!!

I was thinking about getting that pass -- but Sept is so busy for me. Have fun in New Orleans! I love it there. Emeril's restaurants are awesome!

You are gonna love Emeril's restuarant in N.O.! There's a Moroccan spiced rainbow trout (if u eat fish..) that is fabulous! You can add crabmeat to it for a few extra bucks, worth it! FH gets a big !

You're welcome!...we (LIW girls) love our FHs! Most of them deserve at least one a day b/c they really try to keep us sane & happy, most of the time

So true... and 'most of the time' is definitely true as well!!! We can't really blame them for when they don't make us happy though because I'm sure we all can be terrible if we want to be! haha

I just read some of the terms and conditions and it's expired! You can't buy the passes anymore, they were for sale 8/12-8/21. We missed out!

You're going to have an amazing time!!! I had my palm read when I was there and the guy was eerily amazing. He was right on Burbon Street but a ways down... I wish I could remember the name of the place, I would LOVE to go back to him.
Definitely eat at the Acme Oyster House... They have the best Po Boy Sanwiches (And Oyster too of course!!)
The New Orleans School of cooking also teaches a great class... they're right off of Burbon St somewhere (if they're still in the same location) and I learned how to make gumbo, jumbalaya, pralines... it was so much fun!!!
