HUGE wedding weekend! Had my tasting and dress fitting!
I can't tell you what an amazing weekend I had! As most of you know about my terrible experience with the bridal salon I got my dress and veil at. Well, this weekend I went for my first fitting to see the dress and to see all the work the seamstress has done to replace the whole back and side panels and WOW! The dress just looks so amazing! I could not be happier! On and the veil! Just so excited! Really...
Now I also went to Land's End for a food tasting and another Wow! The food at Land's End far exceed a great deal of restaurants I have been to in both taste and presentation. They take such pride in their presentation and the food was delicious! I could not be happier. Another thing was when we first went to see Land's End we weren't able to see some of the property or only could view it from afar because there was a work function being held there as well as the fact that we were so overwelmed my the many halls we had visited that weekend. We actually got the run of the place and well let's just say I am so excited/happy/sad right now!
Before this weekend I was so nervous about getting married in the 'I am going to cry and have weak knees, shake, and break out in hives' type of way. Now I am anxious and sad! I am so in love with how things are turning out at this point I am sad that I cannot enjoy the day for any longer than 8 hours!
A shame.
My friends and family have helped me to see the up side though....My best friend is getting married one month after me at Flowerfields so I can really sit back and enjoy the food and service at her wedding where I'll be hectic and running around at mine!
So yeah Overall just an incredible weekend (If you hadn't figured that out already
