I use Pampers. I had a few packages of Huggies from my shower, which I used, but they leaked at night, so I only used them during the day. Now that my supply is gone I don't buy them.
I think it depends on the individual baby though, because I have friends who won't use anything but Huggies.

Pampers ... we like the swaddlers, though, not the baby dry. Tried the Huggies & learned the hard way! LOTS OF LEAKS! No wonder there are a ton of Huggies coupons out there! I've ruined too many outfits to go back.

Huggies Ultratrim fan here. But now I buy White Cloud (Walmart brand) and they work great (and cost less)

Ive also used BRU brand on JA as a newborn. Newborns dont poop or pee enough to really leak (in my opinion). and theyre changed often enough for the less expensive diapers to work just fine.
Im going to compare prices again with the BRU brand, and if its really that much different as I remember, I may use them again on the baby for the first few months (until he/she needs the heavy duty PAMPERS)

Huggies just never fit right - sometimes they were actually just too tight. I only use Pampers now - first the Swaddlers and now the Cruisers...I tried the Baby Dry and hated those too...

I don't have anything to compare it to, but we've been using Pampers. But I think the Swaddlers were the first diapers we used, and now my inlaws have bought us boxes of diapers up to size 6. It's great because we don't have to spend the money, but they're the Baby Dry one's. I personally like the Swaddlers also. I think they bought them at BRU. Do they carry the big boxes of the Pampers Swaddlers so that maybe I can exchange them? I don't live close to BRU so I can't just pop in a see. Thanks!

Melissa swaddlers only come in size 1 and 2. I use the baby dry ones ( my DH bought a ton when they were on sale) they work fine for me. The crusiers and swaddlers are just softer on the outside. I have never had any leaking problems with the babydry![]()
I did love the swaddlers and was sad when they didn't fit him anymore![]()

BRU sells the cases of swaddlers now. You can exchange Baby Dry for Swaddlers- I did.

I was actually going to ask about the BRU brand because I have quite a few coupons for the diapers. That's good to know about them, maybe I will pick some up now. I was going to wait and ask after the baby...but now I'll just wait until after the shower and use any coupons expiring.
Got a great deal today at Target. Size 1 Huggies on sale for 16.79 and Target sent me a Target coupon for 1.50 off and I used the manufacturer's coupon for 2 dollars off.
