I had no idea that Minnesota and South Dakota all ready do this!!!! I agree that feral cats can be a nuisance, but I guess since I'm a cat guy, I can't imagine resorting to this as a way to control them.

You'd be surprised what goes on. Cat owners, you should for health reasons keep your cats inside, but also for safety as well. Would you believe I actually had to prosecute a guy for disposing of his neighbors pet. he caught it in a trap and 'disposed' of it because it kept coming on his property and he stood in open court defending this position like it was his right to do with it what he wanted once it was on his property. And this was in NY!

I wonder if any state would ever make legislation condoning dog-hunting?
It's so bizarre, but doesn't it seem like it's okay to hate cats? No one thinks twice about saying they hate cats, but people are much more careful to say 'i'm just not a dog person'.
I've just noticed that.
And cat-hunting is sick.

#1 hunting our animals is horrible. #2 have these states considered that most people are not sharp shooters and where all of these stray bullets will end up
