Just wondering if anyone has gone to or had their wedding at the Huntington Harbor Club. I have been to a bridal shower and baby shower there and they seem to have good service, but I wanted to get some other opinions! Thanks!

had my bat mitzvah there 19 yrs ago but also went to some high school events there! I like it!

That was the first place we looked at for the wedding - we met w/ Angelo. SUPER nice guy - taught us a lot of stuff but the place itself just wasn't our cup of tea. The inside seemed a bit outdated for our vision. I don't doubt the food and service is great though - he seemed to know his stuff.

I'm getting married there this July...I like the place, the food is incredible and you can't beat the Harbor View....You want to speak with Matt however...oh and get some chair covers, not a fan!

O yes..i know that chair covers are a must there haha. We're looking to get married next summer in 2011. were they reasonably priced for july?

The prices are comparable; however, I can't quote mine b/c we were 'special'...friend of a friend. Matt will work with you and he throws in a lot of extras...you are the only bride there too!

Are you using the vendor Matt recommended, Tablewear? Are you getting chair covers and sashes or just the covers? I need to get on this....

fh wanted to book this place for the outdoors.lol the menu looked great!! the prices seemed great too!! another plus is one event at a time!!
to be honest i felt the ceiling was low in the reception area and im short.
plus we needed a venue to have our ceremony at and if the guest got there early the would need to wait in the CR which i didnt want. but thats just me being picky.lol

Went there for a wedding 2 months ago and it was very nice. My only complaint was that there is only 1 tiny bar in the back of the reception and there was always a line to get a drink.
