BUMP....or Hilton Garden Inn Westbury
I blocked rooms at the huntington hilton. They are $149 a nite, and you can block up to 20 without leaving a deposit. They have a shuttle, but you have to pay for it. I think I am going to do it privately, or just hire a bunch of cars from a local car service agency. The shuttle didn't make sense to me because it only seats 11 people, and my RH is 20 minutes away, so there isn't enough time for multiple trips.
I didn't, but I was a guest at a wedding and the bride blocked off rooms at the Huntington Hilton and we stayed there. It was a really nice hotel! Location was great - just a few minutes from the LIE / Northern State, our room was nice, and the lobby is really impressive when you're checking in. We did have a shuttle, but I don't think the hotel ran it; I think she got it from a cab company.
