Huntington Hilton Check In Time...

One of my guests just told me she tried to call to make reservations with the Hilton and they told her she can't check in until 4:00 pm. My wedding starts at 3:30!!!!

I didn't even think to verify that in the information, but now I see it is in the contract and I must have missed it.

In case anyone else will have this issue and didn't think to look, I wanted to make you girls aware.

Did you try calling the person you are dealing with there and asking if they could allow your guests to check in sooner? We had the same problem and the gilr we worked with, Lori, was very nice about it and said it would not be a problem for some of the people to check in a bit earlier. Can't hurt to try!!

I'm just frustrated that I missed this when making the plans!!
