Does anyone know if they provide a shuttle to the reception hall? What was your experience with them with regards to negotiating rates? Thanks in advance!

Same here! They were great throughout the entire process however they do not provide a shuttle. You can negotiate rates through www.hotelplanner.com. Hotels offer bids and compete for your business. You can then use the lower rates you received from other hotels to negotiate with the Hyatt. That's what I did and got a great rate!!

Thanks for the info! I've been playing phone tag with one of the sales rep. Did you have to guarantee a certain number of rooms, or is it like most, they block and hold up to a certain time and they get released if they are not booked?

I'm using them as well. I'm happy with the rate. No shuttle, but I'm working on that right now...

We did a block of 25 rooms and did not have to guarantee a certain number of rooms. Four weeks before the wedding they released whatever rooms weren't booked to the public.

The don't provide a shuttle but I am booked with them and they have been amazing so far. Also, for the price (99 a night) it is def the nicest hotel around.

I'm using them ... no shuttle ... just be careful of the price you get - I had to go back and forth with them for awhile, only to find out that my guests were booking through expedia because it was cheaper that way

Whoa 99 a night! They told me 129 a night. Hmm, I don't know if I have much negotiating power since they told me there are only about 15 rooms remaining for that night. I'll have to check expedia out..... Thanks for the input
