Hyatt Regency Hauppauge - Room Block (x-post)

My mom and I just visited 5 hotels today in Ronkonkoma and Hauppauge for my room block and we absolutely LOVED the Hyatt Regency Long Island. I just wanted to see if past brides/current brides have had a block there. Any positive/negative experiences?? Such as service, has everything gone smoothly for guests booking within the block, OOT bag distribution (did guests all receive their OOT bags), etc. I'm going to be deciding on my room block very soon so ANY and ALL feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thank you!!

we used them and didn't have any problems, actually ended up taking our pictures there and couldn't be happier with them..

We used them and they were great and extremely helpful.

We had a problem at first in that the block wasn't up when it was supposed to be, this was almost a year ahead... some of my guests who were early birds tried and couldn't get the rate so they used the AAA which that early in the game was cheaper then the block rate (the rate rose to way above by the wedding date.) The hotel was great about it and connected those guests to my block.

We also went way over our original estimated number and they were great about helping me to accommodate the guests.
