Re: Hyatt Wind Watch
I went to see it when i was RH shopping. I like it a lot. It was very nice.. I liked all the big windows... and I asked if they would have lights on the trees during the winter... just thought that would look really nice. They seemed very willing to do whatever you wanted! It was nice that you had free reign to do whatever you wanted to the place. I really left with a good feeling from the BM - loved her! The cocktail hr room was ok... it had all these pics on the walls... but they were willing to take them all down for you. The prices were excellent! It was super awesome that they had a hotel on premesis! I really did like it there. PROBLEM and why I didnt book it.... it was really far! Too far. I wanted something a little closer. But it was in the running. It was by far nicer than a lot of the places I saw (and believe me I went to a crap load of places).... and the prices were much better than any place I went to! Oh the other thing.. I didn't really like the dance floor. But I figured i could always rent a better one. OH... and another really good thing... they had BEAUTIFUL linens! Far nicer than other places I saw! HTH!

LOVE that hotel! we stayed there for a wedding and the hotel is awesome. HOWEVER, the smaller bldg (if you're looking at the hotel it's to the left- i forget what the room is called...) is very awkwardly shaped... it's like an 'L' shape... unfortunately our table was in a bad section- we couldn't see the bride/groom, dance floor, and the bar was very hard to get to... ours wasn't the only table in this section... we definitely felt a little 'left out' of the reception.
