My cousin just did beautiful hydrangea bouqets for her and her BMs. They were gorgeous, so full. They were in her CPs too.

Re: Hydrangea bouquets....

i wanted to do hydrandea boks but the florist said that they don't hold up very well out of water and that they're best for centerpieces instead...just a tip!!!

also a friend of mine was in a wedding where she had a hydrangea bok and she said that it did get brown pretty quickly. i know i'd be really upset if my girls boks turned brown before we even took pics...so definitely check with your florist on this!!!

My florist advised me about this too... she suggested silk hydrangeas...and at first I was like NO NO NO... but we were walking around her store and she had the most beautiful arrangement of hydrangeas... when I went to touch them I realized they were silk!!! They looked so real!!

Re: Hydrangea bouquets....

I was in a wedding where we had hydrangea bo-ks and they were brown by the time we got to the reception. When we walked in, we had to take one of the cps apart to each have something to hold that wasn't dead. If your florist can have a water source in the bo-k it should be okay but if not I would avoid it.

my florist said nothing about it being a problem for the bo-k but he did say so about the bouts. He also mentioned that I can't really do anything to preserve the hydrangea bo-k :( Here's what they will look like

Well... the hydrangeas will be silk... all of the other flowers will be real.
