Hydrangeas

Hydrangeas

I am meeting with a florist this weekend, and wanted to get some flower pics to bring. Did anyone use white and/or green hydrangeas in any of your bouquets? I love them, just can't find any good photos!

Go to google, click on images, and type in white or green hydrangeas. I just tried white, and got a load of pics.

Ask your florist if he/she will wet wrap the stems. I'm using hydrangeas also, and they can get wilted a bit more quickly than some flowers. If they wrap them though, they should be okay.

Good luck!

I just read a whole article on hydrangeas that said they are the least likely to wilt when used in boks and CPs.

Re: Hydrangeas

I had some green hydrangeas in the bo-ks. I don't have the prof pics back yet so no close ups, but there are a few pics in my community album if you want to take a look.

Really?! I heard the complete opposite -- that they need a LOT of water and wilt more quickly than other flowers. I hope your article is right though because there are a WHOLE lot of hydrangeas in my CPs!!

It was either an old issue of Martha Stewart's Weddings, or a new issue of Real Simple, I can't remember. Either way I shouldn't be reading magazines or on this website b/c the bar exam is in 2 weeks....yikes, i'm signing off now!
