Is it common to have hydrangeas in bouquets? I love hydrangeas but I haven't seen any in bo-ks. Can you please post some pictures?

Re: Hydrangeas in Bo-ks?
Yes it is. I have no pics now but my bo-k will have some and I've seen lots here on liweddings. One bride had a full hydrangea bo-k for her BM's. Its suggested that you use water capules for their stems since they tend to wilt easily.
Yes it is, I think most brides use just a little bit b/c it does need a water source bc they die quickly

Re: Hydrangeas in Bo-ks?
here are my bo-ks. MOH had dutch blue hydrangea as base for other flowers. mine had a white one but had so many roses you barely saw the hydrangea in it. they didn't have a water source but stood up well. pic was at reception at 7pm, flowers were delivered to house at 1pm.

the beautiful MrsQ and her BMs did-
i think you dont see it more often bc they wilt fast in heat and with a ton of summer weddings, alot of brides dont want to risk it with outdoor ceremonies or lots of outdoor pics. one way to get around it is having a watersource in your bo-k, but i didn't bc i didn't want my bo-k to be too heavy/bulky. cooler weather, they'd do better but ive heard bad stories of hot weather and hydrangea bo-ks. some ppl even use silk ones in bo-ks.

Re: Hydrangeas in Bo-ks?
for ex, the blue in this bo-k is silk. i think it looks beautiful!
my florist puts a wet cotton at the end of the stems then press n seal then all wrapped in ribbon and she said that will work wonderful for hydrangeas.....
