I tried trim spa which did nothing for me, it really just made me more hungry. so now i'm trying hydroxycut as of this morning. I just need something to curb my cravings.
without the ephedra *please don't yell at me I know it is bad for you* the pills don't do anything for me. lucky for me I stocked up on the ephedra before the ban!

I only used it with ephedra and that worked great!
Since all the news on ephedra came out I'm scared to try any new diet products...

I used to take the ephedra kind, then my doctor told me tha my heart sounded like it was beating abnormally, not faster, but harder and alomst adding beats imbetween! I told him I just took ephedra. He told me to stop right away.
The regular Hydroxycut I haven't really noticed to work, but I don't take it regularly.

I have it, but like everyone else, without the ephedra it does nothing for me. In the beginning though it worked..but then I think my body got used to it. Whats working lately..is when I get really hungry and feel liek Immgoing to eat everything in sight..I down a bottle of water, I puta bit of lemon juice in it to make it tastier and I drink it, but the time I chug it..Im full for alittle while.
