...and you are having a tough time bouncing back.

you are hungry, but still not feeling 100% better and are leery about eating solid foods.

what would you eat?

Soup with cracker and some tea.

Also, white rice is really good for your stomach if you are a little iffy.

I also have a great Chinese soup called 'tong yuen' that's AWESOME when your stomch is yucky. Of course, I am in Dallas so it is hard to get it to you.

Saltine crackers with veggie broth soup and tea.

Maybe oyster crackers if I am feeling wild

I get witty when I'm sick

When I am feeling bad I eat a toasted English Muffin with a little butter or Elbow macaroni in chicken broth.

The only thing that helps me is water, breads and salt. To keep fluids in. Dairy and anything with oil (including soups) is bad for my upset tummy. Tea and coffee are diuretics and make you pee.

I am on a green tea & water kick right now.

It's hard to think of things to eat without getting sick. Needed some ideas.

Is morning sickness contaigous? That might be the answer.

me too. unless I add soymilk. I think it is the acidity - and I hypothesize that the soy milk neutralizes it.
