Hysterical

In a good way (laughing, I mean)...or at least this made ME laugh, but I have been in such a weird, up and down (mostly down) mood as of late that what WOULDN'T make me laugh, right?!!

Anyway, DF and I have been dealing with this whole name change issue and can't seem to find consistent information on what is legal and what is not and how to get it changed once we get back to Virginia, etc, etc. He was checking yesterday with Social Security and then this morning emails me this:
