I absolutely HATE HATE HATE when I can't smell or taste anything!

I have a cold, and while I feel pretty okay, I can't taste or smell anything. I'm making roasted vegetable soup right now, and I am in the process of roasting the veggies, and I can't smelll anything and my mom keeps telling me how good it smells. Argh, just annoying!

I feel your pain!!! I have had a cold for 2 weeks now and I hate it. But, roasted veggie soup sounds good!!!

I had a cold for over 2 weeks. It is really bad this year. Good luck
Take a lot of vitamin C's. It works

I've been taking my vitamin C's and multi vitamins religiously this season, and it seems that when I get a cold it's WAY less severe, so I don't really have a bad one, just a stuffy nose and clogged ears. Two of my least favorite things. (Ok, well who DOES like those things?) But the good thing is I loaded up on prescription strength nose spray before, and am happily eating and TASTING my soup. MMM

i hate that too.... not so much the smell but the lack of taste..

Aw, thank you! I am actually! And I'm glad because today is my sister's engagement brunch and all the food looks and SMELLS so yummy!
