I ahte my job

Off to work and I have to say I truly hate it there....Every morning I get depressed...feel like Im wasting so much of my life doing the same thing over and over....I know it must be commonr, then is plenty of crap jobs in the world, just dont know what to do to remedy the situation, hate school these days and cant see myself enjoying ANYTHING I end up doing...I dont think anything will make me happy..ugghh...had to get that out...hope everyone has a better day then I will

I also know how you feel. I have been looking for another job, so hopefully I will be out of here. Today, I am actually supposed to hear back from a company that I interviewed with. I am praying that I get this job. It is in the same field that I work now, but the position and the company will offer me more of a challenge, and more advancement in my career.

Start looking in Sunday's newsday, and New York Times. Sometimes you just need to push yourself. I am sure you will find something that you can be happy doing. Believe me I know it is hard to find something you want to do for a living.

I think your feelings are quite common!! I'm a professional job changer!!! I switch every 2 years into a new field and/or industry.

I feel the exact same way.
I've been her almost 6 years & never really liked it.

I think my depression about it is what makes me late all the time ( why get up to come here?)
and overeat( have to have soemthing to lookforward to when I go home)
and why I spend so much time here ( distraction)

I know exactly how your feel. I was laid off last June from a company and job that I loved. Started a new job at a small software and .com firm in Sept. I absolutely hate it here. I want to look for a new job now, but will wait til I graduate in June with my MBA and hopefully I can start a new job after the honeymoon.

Start looking for a new job. Try to do some self-reflection to really think about what you want out of your next position. It has always helped me to write my likes/dislikes about my current situation. It's a good way to weed positions out when you start looking.
