I am about TO KILL the kid downstairs

Ok, I LOVE children, love love love but this kid ( he's 3 I think ) has been banging on the walls all day..or throwing furniture at it or something, I have never heard noise so loud created by such a little being in my life....I 'am a good neighbor and we are loud on occasion but my patience is wearing thin and I'm about to jump up and downon the floor...oh someone help me control this...and evey 5 minutes I hear his mom in a nice sweet voice say 'Sklyar' please don't do that....maybe it the medication but I'm about to freak!

Can you maybe give her (the mother) a call and just explain that your in pain and just need to get some rest - and could she please tray and have him keep it down?

If my nieghbor asked I would def not be offended or anything.

Next to us is a little kid and I swear he must wear cement shoes and run laps every night. All I hear is these heavy footsteps running back and forth, back and forth....

I can't wait until we get a house!

I feel bad, I know how hard kids are at that age, and If I had her # I might call her, I wont knock on the door though, she doesnt like me for some reason?? I could see if it was once in a while but this has been going on since 8:00 am...Im surprised SHE didnt kill him yet...

They are loud to begin with...the dad was playing the electric guitar last night to put this kid to sleep ( at 12:30 am) and their room is right below us, I though FH was going to lose it!!

Do you live in my apt.. building??? When we first moved in we thought that they had like a herd of dogs running laps!! Im afraid to complain too much or be blessed with similiar loud kids myself!!

update:
Weird silence from downstairs, not a peep from kid/mom anymore, and the car is here so they didnt leave..........there is a god!

Or my stomping in the kitchen and purposly dropping a huge frying pan had the desired effect!

We live in a townhouse. And I should probably go next door and say something but I feel kind of bad - what are they going to do? Tie the kid down?
