I am about to order my MOB dress from RKbridal . .

using the NO Frills Program - I need reassurance .. . . . is it ok

hi,
i ordered my BM dresses from RK with the no-frills. .. i was a WRECK, thinking, there is no way they are going to fit....i just picked them up on saturday, they are GORGEOUS, and so far, 3 out of the 5 have come to get them and they all fit perfectly!!! Completely worth the difference in $$$!!!

From what I understand - you order the dress from there and get your alterations done somewhere else

they don't measure you or help you pick a size. they give you the manufacturer's size cahrt & you have someone measure you & pick teh sixe closest to you & jsut palce the order through RK & pick it up or pay a little extra for shipping, and they don't let you try it on there, and they are not responsible if it doesn't fit.

I am considering this since my girls are OOT anyway.

ETA if you did the full service way, alterations would still be extra $.

you pick out your own size (they don't measure you but provide you with a size chart from the designer)...they don't do the alterations there either...so basically you just order it from them, and you get a cheaper price. my girls got their dresses for $120 (originally $155, bill levkoff).

I used it for my BM dresses. They saved $80!! The dresses were delivered to NJ (no sales tax) 4 weeks ahead of schedule in perfect condition. I think it is definitely the way to go!! Good luck!

I got a better deal price wise with houseofbrides.com. All their prices include shipping and they won't charge tax bc they are in Illinois. Also pearlsplace.com gave me a cheaper quote than RK.

go for it! I ordered my BM dresses there no frills and no issues and I was in a bridal party who ordered ours there and same things - no frills and no issues! I recommend them to all!
