I WANNA GO BACK!!!!! All I have been saying to DH since I spoke with him on the phone from Florida to the minute I arrived is I wanna move there!! It is just sooo beautiful!! My cousins shower was great. I will attach a few pics at the end. Her cake was gorgeous!! She got lots of goodies. I never realized how different things are in other states. On her shower invites my cousin put wishing well. Well, people were calling her like crazy asking what the heck is a wishing well. Nobody down there knew what is was. One girl at the party said she had never heard of it before. She was wondering why my cousin was wishing her well. We had a great time. The weather was absolutely perfect and gorgeous. Our flight stunk, that was the only downer. We were supposed to leave Friday at 4:00 and didn't leave JFK til after six. It was a long delay. Then coming home we were delayed again for about a half hour. I can't wait to go back in May for the wedding. DH and I are going to check into some real estate places when we go down in May just to get an idea Well, I guess thats about it. I wish I were back there, I felt so at home and relaxed. Here are some pics. They are of the pretty cake, the view, presents, my cousin and her FH and I guess I'll throw one of me in too!!

I tried!! I swear I had the sunshine with me on the plane until about 5 minutes before we landed and my sunshine was taken over by ugly grey clouds. I got so depressed when the pilot said we were almost there and it was grey, cloudy, rainy. He then asked why the Heck we were all going back to NY.

I moved to FL with my FH! Let me tell you, we loved the weather from Day 1 (of course)... It took me about six months to adjust to living here (FH took like 2-3 - LOL) and then we both came to the decision that we'd NEVER move back to NY (unless and until we have kids of school age, b/c the education system is so much better up there) . . .
Anyway, I lovvvvvvvve Florida for lots of reasons now, like I said, the only thing that would probably possibly bring us back is children that are old enough to attend school... and that's a good number of years away for us!!!
Anyway, if you have any real estate questions, FM me, FH is in the business.
Our plan is to get a house here for a few years. Real estate is going up in our area at an exponential rate down here - you can buy cheap and sell at a huge profit . . . so we're hoping and thinking that by the time we are ready to move back to NY (if we do), we hope to sell our house here at a big profit and be able to get a nice place up there, where it's of course way more $$$$$$$$$ . . . .

We were in the West palm area for the shower, which I wouldn't mind living in, but when we go down in May we are going to look more near the Orlando area because my DH really wants to open his own business if we move down there!!

My parents have a condo in West Palm Beach. Mikes sister is in Boynton Beach and his parents have a condo in Delray and also in Boca Raton which is where we will be staying. Its like 30 minutes from West Palm Beach. I love the area.

How funny. My brother is in Deerfield Beach He is staying at my parents in West Palm beach because of his pshyco wife though.
