OK see you all just need to get a TiVo and I am tired of these Lost recaps although I know how important they are to our fellow HOWS that have yet to discover the fabulousness of the Lost.

TiVo = awesomeness.... the best invention EVER! How I lived without it is beyond me. And it really helps when not understanding Lost and needing to rewind or watch things in slow motion.
