I am beyond PISSED- warning- long vent!!!

I ordered 10 bari jay bm dresses from a bridal salon in Brooklyn...that was in October.. Today they told me they wouldnt have the confirmation for my until December on when the dress was going to arrive... then when i personaaaallllyy called Bari Jay headquarters they said they needed my confirmation to say when the dress would be arriving... I told bari jay that the bridal salon said they cant give me my confirmation and they would know in December on how long it would take... why da eff would it take 2 months just to get a expected date of arrival??? When i went back to the salon. The stupid lady said that December is a slow month for designers and they take vacations, so my bm dresses wouldnt be here until March.... *** I thought they didnt know when it was coming !!! I went back and went bridezilla on them... they told me they would call Bari Jay again tomorrow and rush ship the orders... now mind you... I have a bad feeling that they didnt even place the orders!!!!!! Do bridal salons have to give you a confirmation??? Oh and get this... when they found out i called Bari Jay, they said that ...bari jay dosent like customers who call and complain... uhm...since when?!!?? bari jay was pretty friendly to me on the phone...

I have had such a bad feeling this past month so i went in, bc everytime I would call each week they would tell me... another week for confirmation...are they entitled to give me a confirmation?? and if so... if I find out they didnt place the order (they dont do refund deposits, ***?!!?) can I take them to court??? So if i PLACED the order in Oct.... BARI JAY TAKES 10-12 WEEKS....it should be here by Jan...can i take them to court??? I swear to god I will personally walk over to Bari Jay and find out if the company placed my order and if not you better believe i will be in court ..... sorry sooo long...I am beyond beyond PISSEDDDDDDDDDDDDDD ladies... please help

ummmm...i am scared. i ordered bari jay dresses from a bridal shoppe in brooklyn....was it doris fashions?

i am really sorry you are dealing with this. do you have anything on the paperwork regarding dates? i would call and bish them out!! how much deposit did your girls leave?? can you just cancel the order?!?!?!

All my girls left HALF...the bm dresses were 240.00 total.
I just feel like they are lieing and beating around the bush with answers for me.... What they told me was different than what BARI JAY headquarters in nyc told me!!! what bridal salon says 'bari jay dosent like customers complaining to them' ok obv the problem is not BARI JAY, its you! and obv this is a problem in the past with you guys.

When I went with my 10th bm in October they told me that they will call and place the order right away (next day)... its been over a month.. dont you think they would have a confirmation by now? the bridal salon told me that.... since my wedding is in MAY, they wouldnt have a confirmation for me on my date of arrival until the end of december bc my wedding isnt until next year... yeah next year but 5-6 months!!!! i better have my dresses by Jan... then get this, my mom started flipping out bc she said she heard her friend say they are prob going out of business bc they are slow, and not doing too much business... can they close their shop and not warn me and give me my money back? I am like freakin out!!!!

to try to put your mind at ease (maybe...) i ordered bari jay bm dresses too. my salon in li didnt give me any info till they came it- but they came in fast! dresses were in in like 8 weeks, maybe 10 tops. but they were in no prob and are gorgeous. but i was also told that december is a slow month and they rarely take/place orders when i was ordering my own gown so that might not be a total lie.
