I am booking my florist & my walk today

Well today i didn't want to do my usual walk/run around Argyle Lake and thinking I will do a two lap job later on when its cooler out so i figured I would take a walk from my house to the docks in front of CLM. So I did - in flip flops (bad idea) anyway as i was walking Flower Michele called in response to my email about booking. I still kept walking and chit chatted about the final things involving my contract and I am sending my deposit out Tuesday first thing.

I AM SO HAPPY!!! After meeting with var. florists I am so happy to book with them since they really are working with what I want, with my budget and MOST OF ALL they gave me great visuals and options. That was important to me - i get a stylist not just a florist. They come in a setup the table arrangements and the seating cards and all the little extra's and that means a lot to me.

So after that I kept walking got to CLM ( it's a two mile walk from my house) sat on the dock for like 10 mins and watched some crazy wedding (salsa music playing LOUDLY) or b-day party going on. Looked cool (even though they had TONS of balloons and i hate balloons but hey whatever floats your boat)

Walked back and stopped to get an italian ice (small vanilla) at Patsy's Italian Bakery and MAN THEY ARE SO GOOD!!! Got some flowers at OK Farms (really cute grocery store that sells anything from sushi, tofu, veggies, flowers to plants) got home and NOW I AM WRITING THE CHECK OUT!!!

I really have to say I really love my town and more and more I think about I hope one day FH and I can live with in Lindenhurst village not just in an apartment but in a house.

Third Patsys italian ices are insane, I went there when I was a kid all the time (I love cream, I can eat like a pint of it)

Hahahah yea i see the same people at argyle when I do my walk / poor attempt of jogging. I am going to see if my feet recover and go later on and deff. doing it tomorrow. I really need to drop some pounds and can't afford to renew my membership at the gym right now.

I agree with you about Lindy Village. I have lived here all my life and I would love to raise my kids here too.

I also second the vanilla from Patsy's.....YUM! YUM! YUM!
