Tell me to stop panicking about the size of our guest list. It's set, invites are about to go out. We have invited 220, 40 are in Europe/Canada and we 100% know they will not come. That brings us to 180.

We have gone through the list and are approximating that 150 people will say yes (based on location, knowing them, etc). I've also read that between 15-20% usually say no, which would be 144-153 guests. I'm cool with this number, but when it creeps over 165-170 I start to have palpitations.

Am I totally off with my numbers? Our minimum is 130, max imo is 180, hall says 200.

I think you'll be ok... unless your guests over in Europe get an awesome deal on a group flight... but other than that I think you'll end up with about 135-140ish.

We're are confident they won't come, many have already expressed this, it's more of a 'save face', old school thing I guess to just send an invite.

Be careful with the way your calculations. I think you are overlaping the guests who you know will say no and the typical 15-20% who say no. If you invite 180 in the US i'd say.... you'll get maybe... 145-150. Out of the total 220 (regardless of where they live) I see... 180 coming.
