I am exhausted

I am sitting at work, in my cube...My eyes are closing as I write this post. I am soooo tired. I cannot wait for the weekend to come. This has been such a long and stressful week at my company.

We are working on a project and I just wish we were done already. The deadline is this Sunday. I am sure we are going to be finished with it though. This is why I haven't posted that much this week.

Another reason I am so tired, is that I have been working on my parents house, trying to get it ready for our open house on sunday.

Last night I repainted the dining room cieling and also my sisters bedroom and cieling. It was not a fun night. I only got 5 hours of sleep....

I have been bogged down a bit at work, trying to get ready for vacation, my mother packed up & moved plus all of our social obligations that some how popped up all over the place.

I have been averaging 4-5 hours of sleep a night for the last 2-3 weeks. I am afraid I am going to sleep away my vacation

I have already had a 24 ounce coffee from 7-11 and a 12 ounce from work, which may I say tastes like dirt. I am still falling asleep.

Last night, as soon as I hit the bed....I fell right to sleep...even though it was like 85 degrees in my apartment. I had the fan on but it wasnt doing anything.....

I find taking a brisk walk or something like that gets me a little energized - something to get the blood moving.

WEEKEND, SHMEEKEND LOL. Sorry bout the caps, I use them for work. Here is my weekend, I swear it never ends.

Friday: Clean out my closet, Pack up stuff for move. Clean out my desk, Pack up clothes for Thrift. Clean out my other closet. Vaccum apartment, clean windows, all for open house sunday.

Saturday: Detail MLP924's husbands truck, Clean out the garage, clean outdoor furniture, clean kitchen...scrub cabinets, counters, etc....Make sure house looks presentable for open house on sunday.

Sunday: Make sign for Open House..Make sure house is ready for open house. Make coffee and snacks....Blow up Balloons for front of house. Open house 12-3pm. Barbeque at our friends house.

I will need a weekend from my weekend lol.

The BBQ on Sunday afternoon sounds good.

I hear ya - that was me two weeks ago.

Thursday - grandma's birthday dinner in Sunnyside, Queens
Friday - a friend's birthday dinner in the city.
Saturday - a first holy communion in westchester in the afternoon and a cocktail party out in Bethpage in the evening.
Sunday - clean the house, do laundry, grocery shopping and meal planning for the week.

do you do laundry at home? if you take it ou toa laundromat, I'd be splurging and doing the drop off service to save you some time and energy!
