I am feeling old today!

We are going out tonight and we haven't been out since last year when we went partying in Miami for winter music conference..

So.... I went out last night to get 2 different outfits..

and said What am I doing..
Am I too old for this..
We are in bed by 10pm.
HOw the heck am I going to make it till 6am.
This isn't an after hrs party thank god.....

Am I alone here????

It happens to everyone. I can't believe how I used to go out when I was in college..until 4:00AM with an 8:00AM class. I practically fall asleep in movie theaters now.

You aren't alone all...

I am with you on that T!!! I am lucky if I make it until 11pm. I had my bachlorette party last Saturday...we were out until 1am...I couldn't function the next day!! It's funny how I used to be out til all hours and now I struggle to stay up past 10!!

I can't stay up late anymore only because getting up early for work day after day just kills me. I'm in bed by 10:00pm. I am NOT a morning person!

I can't drink much anymore either - it kills my stomach and makes my skin look like crap. My days of being 'the shot queen' are over!

I completely understand that feeling too! My friend is having a bday celebration in NYC this weekend and asked to meet around 10pm. That feels so late to me now....a few years ago that was fine or even on the early side but now it feels like a difficult thing to do! I feel old too... and it is just going to get worse

Last Friday I got home at maybe 1:00 a.m.... and I was too tired to get up for my 9:00 a.m. class! I used to party my a$$ of drinking until 4 or 5 in the morning and get up and go to work the next day, no problem! I don't know what to wear in clubs anymore, its been so long since I've been to one for anything but a bachelorette party!

I definatly understand that!!

Frank likes to go to late movies and i cant even do that anymore. the older i get the more content i am to get take out rent a movie and stay home with the puppies!

Last summer frank and I were at the blink 182 concert (free tickets! ) we were standing there and he looks at me and i look at him, and im like if we leave now we can make the 10pm news with jim rolland and roseanna scotto!! so we made a mad dash for the car!!

We had front row, so we gave our stubs to these little girls and they were SOOOO happy.. that made it all worth it!

I am always so tired after work, Fridays are a killer, the worst part is half of my friends can still stay out until 4 am!!!!

we have a crew of about 50 friends and we are the FIRST to get married..

They are all single and party and can go for days on 3 hrs sleep..

I was just talking to FH baout this. I remember in college I could drink until 5am, get home and be ready to do it all over the next night. Now, a night of drinking has me out of commission for like a week! I definately feel older.

I remember the days of starting to party at 6pm thursday and stopping around midnight sunday. sleep, nah its quite overrated...

now i have to take a nap during the day if i am going to go out at night and i usually get really tired at around 2.

I remember the days of opening and closing bars, then going to a diner and getting breakfast.

those were the days. now its in bed by 11.

I hear ya about feeling old, tonight the girls are going out, but we decided to go out early, because we cant go out at 11pm anymore. I think we are going out at 8pm instead
