lol...I hear ya. and to think that I DO have a day of coordinator, but I sure don't feel like I do....she has been MIA for so long that I feel like firing her

Looking at your profile ..you seem like you got everything under control!

You still have 4 months left, you might be behind but you can still pull everything together in the next few months.

I felt like that this afternoon when I compiled my master to-do list - - and spread out the tasks over the next 3.5 months.

You've got plenty of time. Just make a list of everything you need to do and when it needs to get done by. Now is the time to partialize and prioritize. And don't forget you've got an FH (who may or may not be very helpful ) and BMs and a MOH to help you out. If you have it in your budget then hire a DOC. But relax - you'll be able to pull everything together.

If it makes you feel better - my DOC told me she was hired by a bride a week before her wedding and she didn't have a florist or a DJ - so we're all doing just fine!
