Someone mentioned they ate Funny Bones for Breakfast (NOT NAMING ANY NAMES BUT YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!! ) so I tried to cure the crave and now.....

take deep breaths and think of cool crisp water running in a stream. that always helps me when i feel sick :) try drinking some hot liquids - even if you feel like you couldn't possibly. hot tea or some coffee - that'll knock it all through ya ;) FEEL Better! poor thing

hahahhah I have my first Dress Fitting tomorrow so I am desperate to not be 'PUFFY' from overeating I really REALLY wanted to lose more weight for this but oh well..........
