well, fh has a VERY $$ digi, so I think it would be wasteful for us both to have one...but I can't take pics of my dress with it, b/c I'd need him to download them...

I guess I could go to CVS or whatever and then scan them...

That was my problem as well. But this past weekend while channel surfing, QVC had a keychain digital camera for under $20. Strictly designed for taking pics that will be emailed, or ones that will be printed no bigger than 4x6, but I figure it will do the job for all that wedding stuff that I don't want FH to see.

so, the dress is coming out beautifully- I purchased a one-time use camera and took lots of pictures. I will finish it up this weekend and have it developed. unfortunately you will have to wait until that happens for them. I will post them on my other thread.

I did get a bomb dropped on me though...the dress is going to cost 3x's as much as I thought b/c of all of the labor. I am really unhappy about it- not b/c the work isn't worth it, but because regardless, I NEVER would have spent that much $$ on my dress. So, now I will always have mixed emotions about it.

I'm glad it's coming along well, and I'm so sorry to hear about the price going up. I was really really really disappointed when I expected to pay $, and then ended up paying $$$. In the end when you have it on you, it'll be worth much more than $$$ b/c you had it made for you by someone special.

I know we went this route in order to save $, but sometimes it's unpreventable b/c you need to have the quality there in order for it to be right.

That being said, and I don't want to hi-jack your post by any means - I'm supposed to pick up the final product today - however, Wanda went into labor yesterday!!!!!

Jess Im sorry that it is costing you more, but if you dwell on it, it will ruin your opinion of your dress, which Im sure is AMAZING.

Sometimes you just sort of have to let spilt milk be spilk and suck it up with a straw hahaha.

When you drop off the camera, ask for a cd maybe do you dont have to scan them.
