i am having an ugly day...

my hair looks horrid-my face is breaking out, i feel fat..lol can u tell i m having an ugly day--what can i do to turn my mood around, does any1 else have these days??

Well, I can show you what I look like today and I think you would feel A LOT better about yourself, real quick!

I have those days sometimes and I try to stay away from mirrors because I know I'll only beat myself up. And I try not to wear anything that is too tight so I don't feel like I am on display like a thanksgiving day balloon!

i hate days like that!

just try to think positive things about yourself - and when you get home from work today jump into a pair of sweat pants and curl up in front of the tv and relax.
