I am having chest pains...

I will not get into in now until I hear back later today from this person. But in one breath I am being told, 'oh don't worry, dont be nervous' and in the next breath 'yeah, there must be a real problem' WHAT?????

Deep breathes deep breathes. If I don't have a nervous breakdown I will be shocked!

Take a few deep breaths through your nose and blow out your mouth....

Drink some cold water....

Think good thoughts, take a minute to take some deep breaths of this beautiful day outside and have a drink (i'm thinking water but if you need something stronger go for it!)
