I AM HOME.....

from montauk and had soo much fun. We did a 3 mile hike on beach and woods. My kids loved it and even though the seals never showed
BUt we had so much fun. We even stopped in riverhead on our way home and stopped at the outlets and briermere farm and got a raspberry/cherry pie, peanut butter cookies and Rasperry syrup. And me and hubby we are officially going to start pricing houses outeast. We Love it there. I don't know If we will go as far as montauk but maybe manorville or areas around there. I am excited.

i love hiking in montauk. did you go to the trail that has the old WW2 bunkers? that is always cool!

No what trail is that? I want to do that next time that is awesome!!! We went to montauk point park and went on the money pond trail and the seal haulout trail. There were a lot of puddles and we had to go around them we were filthy by the end but it was soo much fun!! We are going back for the 4th of July.

Hey, its shadmoor state park. There are trail maps in the front and a few different WW2 sites. Also, when you hike all the way up, you are on the bluffs with GORGEOUS views.

definitely look in manorville i work for the school district, i love it out there

if my fh didnt have a business in amityville and have to be nearby i would move to manorville in a heartbeat

yah!! out east is beauitful. i was raised out here and love it. and have convinced FH that we will also look to buy out here. school districts are great and small. I would also suggest looking in wading river/baiting hollow area, south jamesport, aquebogue. taxes in manorville would be higher as brookhaven taxes are higher than riverhead town.
