I am hoping and praying for some No's ...but they aren't coming...

Pray for No's..

We invited 225... So far 172 said yes and 20 said No. We are waiting on 33 rsvps.. of which 25 of those I think are going to be a yes I need some No's now or i wont have enough favors

I just got a yes from someone that I would have bet my life savings was a definite No.

Most of my no's came towards the very end. and when I say very end I mean last week even though my RSVP date was 8/4

Don't worry if alot of them haven't said yes by now then they will probably be a No. I'm in the same boat as you i don't think i have enough favors lol.

I know most of the remaining ones are yeses because they are FH friends who lost the invites, 2 are in the bridal party, and the rest are family that his mom told me are coming

i am in the same exact boat and it gets uglier uglier everyday . i wish i had grown a backbone and told my family no to all these people who they invited i am so dissapointed in myself

Can you maybe not give favors to the people who are in the wedding party? You're probably already giving them a ton of extras...

Def thinking about that.. and also not giving a favor to anyone under 21 (our favors are beer..dont ask lol) ... I have a few cousins around 19 & 20 I was going to give the favors to but now I think I will have to get something different for the 'kids' table. They are going to hate me lol

Oh my gosh, me too! Everyone is saying yes! The only no's we have so far as for the and guests...come on people, the wedding isn't going to be that good...some of you can stay home!!!

I had the same issue, I have people that are OOT and I thought FOR SURE wouldn't come! And guess what, they're coming!

I hear you! I was so happy today when I got a 'No', it sounds horrible, but we really wanted a much smaller wedding than we are having and are looking forward to at least a few 'no's'!

OH MAN.. just got a phone call with 2 more yeses that I def. thought would be No's out of those remaining ones.

i'm having the same problem. we need 20-25 NO's to be comfy in the room & so far, not so good. we only have about 15 NO's & 140 something YES'. There are about 100 or so cards left that haven't come back so we'll see
I just found out yesterday that we have 49 rooms blocked at the hotel too.....GOOD LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am excited that everyone wants to be there for us though.

You never know people can cancel last minute. This is happening to us.

i am really worried about this too. there is a lot of ppl that I'm inviting out of courtesy but don't expect and kinda hope they don\t show up....ahhh! the more the merrier?

I have to say, when we get a 'no'.. it's equally as exciting as a yes!
Our RSVP due date is due Sept 1st, we will be chasing quite a few people down (120 to be exact!)
